By accessing or using singelpoint-ubsank (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
singelpoint-ubsank provides a unified banking API key management and developer gateway platform, enabling developers and enterprises to integrate, manage, and monitor banking APIs through a single authenticated interface. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.
All subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices are stated in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. singelpoint-ubsank reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior written notice.
Each API key issued through the Service is tied to your account and must not be shared, resold, or transferred to any third party. You must comply with all rate limits, quota policies, and acceptable use guidelines published in our documentation. Exceeding usage limits may result in throttling or suspension.
All content, software, trademarks, and technology comprising singelpoint-ubsank are the exclusive property of singelpoint-ubsank and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activities, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access to any system, reverse-engineer any component of the platform, or violate any third-party rights. Any such conduct will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable. You retain ownership of your data; we process it solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. singelpoint-ubsank does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, singelpoint-ubsank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. singelpoint-ubsank may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
